In the event of a rainout or cancellation of the regular practice by PFX, another time will be made available for a makeup practice before the end of the Fall season. The makeup time may be another day the same week, the next week, or the next month and may include weekends.

If the team does not accept a makeup time despite reasonable effort to re-schedule, there will be NO REFUNDS. In the event PFX is unable or unwilling to schedule a makeup time, then any payments made will be credited toward future rentals by the same Organization.

Before you report to your first practice, you must:

1. Email your ROSTER and CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE to: [email protected]

2. Ensure ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR TEAM submit the Liability Waiver

Any persons who have not complied with these terms will not be permitted to participate in the event. There will be NO REFUNDS for your failure to comply with this requirement.

Failure by PFXA staff to enforce this requirement does not waive the rights identified herein.

The players and parents you choose to engage with are your responsibility and it is your responsibility to ensure that each person entering Legends Way Ballfields complies with the insurance and liability waivers contained herein.

You warrant and agree that your insurance policy will cover you, your coaches, your athletes, and your athletes guests and families at your team practice.

You further commit to ensuring that all persons associated with your team will conduct themselves in a responsible manner at all times, engaging in good sportsmanship with each other and any other team or guest who may be practicing, playing, or spectating while you are at the fields.

In the event that any of the conditions set forth in this Reservation Agreement are not met, you acknowledge that your team may be asked to leave the complex with no refunds or offset for time unused. This resolution is not exclusive and PFXA reserves all rights available to it under the law in the event of any injury or damage arising out of or related to the conduct of any member of your team (including friends or family).
